Meet Ken! He was born and raised in the state of Iowa. Eventually settling in Arizona in 1995. He has found the desert climate much to his liking. Ken acquired his real estate license in 2001, and broker license in 2006. He has worked both inside and out of a brokerage office. Started real estate as an independent agent and then worked as an audit broker for a large real estate office. In 2007 he transitioned into managing real estate transactions for other agents. Ken’s understanding of how real estate works and keen attention to detail is an asset to Realtors, buyers and sellers. As a Transaction Coordinator for Team CW AZ he is dedicated to high level of customer service and client experience.
Ken has four adult children (Trisha, Brittany, Brandon, and Brianna), and in his free time he enjoys traveling, movies, dining out, watching the N.O. Saints play and taking long weekends in his motorhome.
