Meet Eric (aka ECW)! Eric was born in Washington DC and has lived in Virginia, Texas, California, Oklahoma, and Arizona. His wife Cindy’s work transfer brought him here, but he claims Arizona as his forever home! He has lived in East Valley (Gilbert) since 2012. He acquired his real estate license in 2015, quickly learned that residential real estate is awesome, and has never looked back. His passions are helping others, doing the right thing, and working every day to make a difference in other people’s lives. Eric’s personal mottos are “Living the Dream” and “Normal is Boring”!
Eric has had the opportunity to serve in multiple roles. He’s a United States Navy Veteran, served on the Lubbock Police Department, served as a Global Controller for Nokia’s Corporate Real Estate Team, and is currently serving as a Professional Realtor®. His transparent communication style, organization, and character make him an asset for his clients. As a full-time real estate professional, Eric is dedicated to providing the highest level of service possible to his clients and other Realtors®. Eric is married to Cindy Castillo-Wilson. Prior to forming a team He was a member of two top producing Real Estate Teams that have received many awards and accolades, including but not limited to: Multi-Million Dollar Producers Club, SEVRAR President’s Top Producers Team Award, Five Star Real Estate Professional Award, and in the top 1% of Metro Phoenix Agents. He transitioned from Team Member to Team Leader and founded Team CW AZ in 2024.
Eric has 3 sons (Chaz, Jace, and Dax) and is the “Best Husband Ever” to Cindy. Just ask her when you meet her. In his defense, his neat freak tendencies may bother her at times. On those days he might be an “Ok Husband”. Eric enjoys hiking, running, mountain biking, tennis, pickleball, and spending time with his Family and his crazy AZ framily.
